Free operations for children
Together with our partners we provide free operations for children who need orthopaedic or trauma care when their family cannot pay for it. A child goes through the same journey as any of our patients: examination, diagnostics, surgery, monitoring and rehabilitation, in one building and with the same doctors.
Free consultations for families in need
Joint or back pain should not go unchecked just because a family cannot afford an appointment. We offer free doctor consultations to families in need. To find out about the conditions, call 1281 and our administrator will explain how to book.
Gender equality in our team
Worldwide, around 70% of health workers are women, yet far fewer women hold leadership roles [1]. We believe what should count in a clinic is knowledge and results, not gender.
- Pay at the clinic is piece-rate and calculated the same way for every employee — it depends on the amount and quality of work.
- Women lead key departments: radiology, the laboratory and rehabilitation.
- When hiring, we look at skills, experience and attitude to patients.

We don't buy reviews or promise the impossible. Trust comes from an honest conversation at the consultation, clear prices, cleanliness, attentive nurses and the result of treatment. Patients rate the clinic 5.0 on Yandex Maps from more than a thousand ratings, and they bring their families and friends to us. That is our best advertising.
